Absentee Homeowners
Hello BP! I am a newbie to real estate investing. I live in Washington, DC and am interested in purchasing abandoned homes/ absentee homeowners. I researched the property through my local tax assessors office but couldn't retrieve any contact information. Any advice on how to get more info on prospect? What to do after you have a motivated seller? I just need some guidance on this topic. Thanks in advance.
