my biggest hinderance..... Time

So I have come to the conclusion that my big problem is "Time"

Having 2 kids (an almost 3 yr old and an 8month old), commuting ~3.5 hours a day, and my wife being gone quite a bit during the summer.

And my the amount of time I need to commit to my full time job seems to be increasing lately. The joys of trying to make a career in science....

I have found a couple deals that I need to look at and estimate the renovation. Being the frugal person that I am, I figured that I would do most of the needed renovations. But once again I run into the time part of the equation.....

Anybody else seem to have "time" as their biggest barrier to further entry in real estate?
