I am looking for an expert investor in the Nashville, TN area to shadow, partner, or just sit down with a cup of coffee.  

I am very interested in learning how to Wholesale, Buy and Hold, and create Lease Option deals.  

I am a licensed Realtor so I have access to the MLS that may be very helpful to you.

@Bryan Kipke Welcome to BP. You are going to new to build relationship. You have to crawl before you walk. Attend your local REIA meetings, network with other investors, find the top dawgs in your area and offer your service to them.

Thank you all for the quick replies.  I spent a year attending my local RIEA and made some connections but I didn't really get any help.  The classes were great, the people were great, but I did not make any connections who were willing to let me shadow them.  I even flat out asked at meetings as in "I am looking for a mentor who will work me like a dog."  It seems strange to me that I could not even get a listing as a Realtor there.
