broker for my first deal

hey everyone kevin from nyc. I'm looking for super star broker to help me close out my first deal. I'm looking to invest in a duplex in upstate ny. the goal is 5 duplex in the next 4-5 years. Price range 50-60k. these are turn key homes. I'm a bit green so a broker who doesn't mind alot of questions. would be great. credit is in the high 500's and I have a 10% down. thanks. any thought are welcome too Im open to advice!!

25% is standard for multi family investment or you can do 20% down on a single family investment. That you do not reside in.

Plus they will want to see 6 months reserves in your bank account.
