Hungry to learn real estate- Ready to earn it
Real estate has always sparked something in me — the idea of building generational wealth, creating something tangible, and learning how to make smart, strategic investments. But I’ll be honest: I’m not an expert. Not yet.
That’s why I’m writing this.
I’m looking for someone — a seasoned investor, landlord, or real estate professional — to take me under their wing. Someone who’s been in the game, knows the ropes, and is open to mentoring someone who’s hungry to learn. I’m not asking for a handout. I’m offering my time, energy, and complete dedication. I’ll work for free. I’ll show up early, stay late, and handle whatever needs to be done — whether it’s running numbers, attending property tours, managing tenant communications, or just being an extra set of hands on-site.
All I ask in return is the opportunity to learn by doing. Let me shadow your process. Let me understand the decisions behind your deals. Let me help you grow your business while I grow in knowledge.
This isn’t a short-term interest. I want to build a real estate portfolio of my own one day — the right way. I believe in earning my place, and I know the best lessons don’t come from YouTube or books — they come from real-life experience and the wisdom of those who’ve been there.
So if you’re someone who remembers what it was like starting out, and you’re open to investing a little guidance into someone willing to give it their all, I’d love to connect.
Please reach out to me on here at anytime.
Let’s build something real — together.

I love the mindset! You're not asking for something for nothing!
I don't know how many of your target audience are looking at the BP forums for workers, so you may have to take a more aggressive approach. To me, this looks like attending every investor meetup you can, calling the owners of small apartment complexes, calling property management offices, and going to real estate offices and giving your pitch.
I'd also recommend honing your pitch to tell people exactly the services your offering with specific details of how you're going to provide them. Telling someone "I'll do anything" puts the burden on them to figure out what you should do and is one more barrier to entry for you. You can do pre work like "driving for dollars" so you can show up with a valuable asset on day 1. If you show up to a meetup with 10 property reports from this site's Rental Property Calculator that are cash flowing, people will want to talk to you.
