Hello, I currently own a single family house with an ADU, and a duplex. I have house hacked both properties while updating them. I've done my research with (reading books, podcasts, etc) but still feel like I'm not doing enough. I really want to do local meetups and interact with more advanced investors but don't know where to start. Any advice helps.

Go to GET STARTED > EVENTS AND MEETUPS at the top of your screen. You can also check meetup.com or search Facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area.

You're feeling FOMO because you see people all over BP, YouTube, and Instagram bragging about their success. The vast majority of those people are exaggerating their successes. The real wealthy people are quiet, unassuming, running their business and not their mouths.

Keep networking, educating, and growing. It's a long game, not a sprint.
