First time filling up a unit for property OOS

This is my first time filling up a unit and I'm out of state. Just looking to get some tips / efficient ways to speed up the process while also getting a solid tenant in the space.

Tenants leave the 15th and I plan to patch holes that evening and paint + hire cleaner on the 16th and have new tenants move in the 17th.

I've listed on TenantCloud and am managing leads on there. Most seem to want a showing (i am currently making a quick google sheet with available time slots on a Sat morning for my dad to show). I have the rental posted on basically every platform including facebook groups.

Is there anything I should know? Open to any wisdom. Love learning and hearing from experts.
