Real Estate Dating App

Hey guys. New recruit here. I met my wife on Bumble. Online dating apps are all about the numbers. More swipes, more interactions, more dates. This gave me the opportunity to meet the girl of my dreams. How can I make my real estate investing game as efficient as Bumble? I don't want to scroll around Zillow and see something shiny and type the numbers in some calculator. This to me seems akin to going to a bar to pick up chicks. I want an analytic platform that updates in realtime when properties are listed with a multivariate analysis of each properties. What software should I look into?

I'm glad you were able to find someone on a dating app. That's not a normal experience.

Dating apps are the "easy button" for relationships. You see a picture, you have some things in common, you link up and hope it works. It usually doesn't because what's presented on the app doesn't match reality, so you're back to swiping and trying again. Around 10% of dating app users end up in a happy marriage. I suspect bars are more successful.

Likewise, anyone looking for an "easy button" in real estate investing is likely wasting their time. If building wealth were easy, everyone would do it and then nobody would be wealthy. Wealth, just like a successful marriage, requires sacrifice, effort, and investment.
