The Beginners Guide

Ok, so I finally finished reading the guide.

Looks like I have a lot to learn and do. But thats ok, it sounds like a lot of fun. Cant wait to see where this jurney will take me. I have couple pre-foreclosure properties that i have found. So I guess my next step is aproaching the owner or getting his attention. What about the pre-foreclosure specialists should I get them involved. I also decided I need to purchase my own house multi fam and take advantage of the FHA loan. As I dont have much money to work with. Also complete my profile, etc.etc.etc.
