Best funds for contractor turning investor
As a contractor I would like to move into flipping homes and possibly some rentals for myself as I have been doing this for others for years, can someone please suggest the best funding options. Thank you
@Frank Jakubiec
If you can make the numbers work hard money is a great tool if you are flipping properties or doing a BRRRR deal

@Frank Jakubiec conduct some research and build relationships with local small banks who offer construction financing. That will be your cheapest form of debt. These banks may also be able to provide you with a business line of credit to help with your operations. Remember these smaller banks are relationships oriented lenders. Open a personal account, use their banking services & if you can demonstrate a track record of executing on the real estate loans they fund for you, these relationships can really accelerate your growth. You may have to invest more time up front to cultivate the right relationships but these are the relationships that will help you grow and borrow funds that outpace your balance sheet.

Funding might be the easier part, there a bunch of lenders (myself included) locking in the right deal is the harder part.
