questions about real estate
hello and good afternoon, I would like to talk about the beginning of real estate and if anyone would like to hop on call and give me information I am also willing to do that. I would like to get all the knowledge I can and see in many different perspective on how you started and any tips that I could use. Also if there is anyone in Oklahoma who would be willing to give me more knowledge since I am located in Oklahoma I would love to work together and know the rules that Oklahoma applies to wholesaling since that is my starting point to get into real estate. Thank you all

If anyone hops on a call with you from that they are going to try to sell you a wholesale coaching program or something. Do some research here in the forums, figure out a strong question to ask, and that will serve you better than just asking anyone to hop on a call.
I'd love to hop on a call. I'm in the Tulsa market.

Where would be a good place to start looking?

In-person local meetups are the best and they for sure have some near you. This way you build some rapport every week or month. You couple meetups with podcasts and books so you can start to fine tune what you want to do in real estate.

hello Jonathan and thank you for responding, what best research topic would you recommend I can best get into and learn the most from I have joined FaceBook pages for local meetups since I know that always helps to learn more
