Looking for looking to join a mastermind groups or meetings to join. Start reading about real estate and listing to BP podcast at 16 or so I just turned 20 and want to start taking more action and getting more involved in the REI community. So if anyone has any online groups or suggestions for getting started in the DMV area it would be greatly appreciated

Attend a REIA meetup in your area. There's generally a guest speaker who presents on a topic. Arrive early and stay late. Sit at a table with strangers. If you're not learning/the conversation isn't flowing move around and meet someone new.

You can find REIAs here and on Facebook.
