New Assistant to Real Estate Investor Seeking Guidance

Anna Hitrov
Posted

Hey Bigger Pockets fam,

I landed an interview to be an assistant to a real estate investor. This is a fantastic opportunity for me to break into the exciting world of real estate investing, and I'm eager to learn everything I can.

As part of the role, I'll be responsible for following real estate news and discussions, as well as identifying potential investment opportunities. This is where I need your help so I can ace my interview.

  • What are the best resources for staying up-to-date on real estate news and market trends? Are there specific BiggerPockets forums or blogs I should follow religiously?
  • What are some proven strategies for uncovering promising investment properties? Any favorite online tools or resources you can recommend?
  • Is there anything a newbie like me should absolutely know about assisting a real estate investor? Any tips or tricks you wish you knew when you started?

I'm a fast learner and highly motivated to soak up all the knowledge I can.

Thanks in advance for any insights and guidance you can offer!

P.S. Feel free to share any resources, tips, or even success stories you have related to being an assistant for a real estate investor.
