Hey y'all Im Mike. I am new to this and off the rip I have two appointments scheduled. I am going to pitch an owner finance deal and I don't even know what the paperwork looks like haha. I know I am taking away from the well here but I promise to fill it back up but can I please get a template of an owner finance contract/s and also a subject-to contract/s?
