Financing for villa project in Bali

Hello,

I've been actively investing in real estate in Bali, Indonesia, for the past six years, focusing on developing smaller projects. Currently, I manage three villas for rent. Last year, I purchased land and am in the process of building three additional villas, which I plan to sell in about nine months. Revenue approx $450K, 45% profit.

I am posting here because I am seeking a partner who can assist with financing further developments, including purchasing land and building and selling (flipping) 6 villas this year.

If anyone has questions about the real estate market in Bali or is interested in potential collaboration, please feel free to reach out. I am always eager to connect and share insights.

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome as well.

Best, Steven
