Hello Everyone,

First of all I would like to thank everyone on Bigger Pockets for providing such a great platform for rookies. I've been listening to the rookie pod cast for over three months everyday on my way to work and my goal is leave my w2 job within the next three years. My partner and I are looking to rehab our first property possibly with a 203k loan. My goal is start an LLC in NJ, since this where we will make our first purchase and get approved for a line of credit from several banks in order to invest in a rehab. I've done some research, watched several YouTube videos and according to what I've learned since my credit is above 700 I should not be a problem getting approved key banks. I have come across several companies like Legal Zoom, Zen Business and many others, some which I think want to overcharged me. Before I pull the trigger has anyone used any of these companies and if not do you have any suggestions or recommendations on getting some help on making sure this done correctly or can recommend someone that can help me.
