Beginner LLC question
To anyone that has an LLC for flipping, can I operate as a single member LLC and still hire general/independent contractors? Or do I need to change the structure of my LLC and put the contractors I hire as employees?

Rob, I think understanding what you mean by “hire” matters. You can sign proposals with contractors to do work for you and pay them out of your business account with them being employees. As you’re just starting out trying to hire a contractor as an employee wouldn’t make sense if you don’t have the volume of work to keep them on part time or full time.
