Looking for friends/mentors in California

Hi, all.

    My name is Josh. Last year I pushed the button and bought a house in San Diego which I've been using as a short-term rental and it's been doing pretty well. I definitely have some adjustments to make to my team and my processes for it to really turn into a worthwhile investment property. 

  I'm really just looking for folks in the real estate and/or investment game to meet and actually just be friends with. I'm 40. I live in Murrieta, moved here last July from the East Coast, work in Oceanside, ride motorcycles, love ramen and whiskey, and am always learning and trying new projects. I know this sounds like a dating profile but I'd really love to find some people to just hang out with and talk/learn as we enjoy company. My circle is small and the majority of people I associate with are stuck in the "buy liabilities until I die" spiral. I need to elevate my company.
