Camper Vans, #VanLife, and How to Begin

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to narrow down how I'm going to invest further in real estate. The question I keep seeing and hearing is, "What are you genuinely interested in?" For me, I'm interested in converting and renting out camper vans.

For all of 2021, I lived in a van and traveled the U.S. I attempted to build out the van myself but I failed and everything fell apart while I was on the road, lol. I got super lucky and ran into some people who helped me build out my van for completely free. I got burnt out of Van Life eventually, sold the van for a good profit and now own a duplex.

I miss the thrill of converting a van, traveling in it and then selling it. I love the idea of renting out vans to other people so they can experience the highs and the lows, too. I learned that I can't build out vans myself, and I'm not sure what kind of carpenter would be able to build one out for me (I'm not sure how I'd contact the people I met in Florida).

I'm curious to see if anyone has experience either renting out vans or converting vans through carpenters. Please feel free to respond to this or shoot me a message! Anything helps.
