From Toronto, looking to invest in Ohio!

Hi all, I am looking to diversify & add a small apartment (3-4 units) to my portfolio. Very interested in the Cleveland/Ohio market in addition to a few other cross-border cities closer to Toronto. I was looking for some advice (viable target areas in Cleveland or Ohio in general, financing options and credible PM/realtor contacts) from the experts here though especially if you are in a similar boat as mine (reside in Canada/Ontario area and invest in US).

@Somesh Mukherjee
If you are looking at investing in the cleveland market I would recommend being in areas on the West Side of Cleveland like West Blvd, Cudell, Old Brooklyn, Clark Fulton, Edgewater, Jefferson, and Brooklyn Centre. The reason is the rent-to-price ratio is good so you can cash flow, and most of the West side doesn’t have a Point of sale inspection which is really annoying. I'll send over some of my go-to recommendations for the people above.
