Hello BP Community,

I'm just starting out and on my new member intro thread, one of the BP members suggested I work for a big investment company to get started and learn how the business really works- which I think is great advice. I have a couple of questions for how this works exactly. Now, I work full-time as a speech-language pathologist and I'll be applying for a part-time acquisitions intern position. So, my questions are: has anyone done something similar to this? How did that work out for you? How did you manage a FT and PT job? How did you decide which company to work for? How do you recommend I tailor my resume towards such a vastly different field? Any and all insights into this would be helpful. Thanks in advance =)
