Hi Team!

I hope everyone is doing well. I am new to BP and looking to invest in East Cleveland close to the hospital and University. Any recommendations on location for a class A or B? Are there new developing areas?

Thanks!

East Cleveland is no where near close to being A or B class. Shaker Heights, Cleveland Heights, University Heights are A/B class are what you are looking for.
