Hello everyone. I am new to real-estate investing and just starting out. Any great resources to learn and connect with? Such as how to bring in equity, and what is considered a positive investment indicator, etc...

You've got some good comments above.  I go to a lot of the local Real Estate Investor groups here locally.  I feel it's one of the best ways to learn because now I get to hear what OTHER investors are doing.  Meetup.com is a good resource for those but some of the groups will also post here on Bigger Pockets Marketplace too. Even facebook might have some good local groups for you.
