What should i start doing at the age of 16?

I’m not located in/near the US, but I still think this is something people could help with. I really love the idea of house flipping, but I think it is too breathtaking. I’m reading a great book about rental properties and it is really interesting. But how should I start as a 16.5 year old to provide a good future for my dreams?
