Researching properties and know how to analyze them

Does anyone know where I can look for specific details for analyzing properties? I am interested in house hacking, midterm, and long term rentals but I am in the research and learning stage at the moment. I am very new at this and just looking for material to read and learn from. Any advice will help! Thank you.
