Minnesota Mentor needed

Good afternoon, My name is Spencer Graves. I just recently got my real estate license and am looking to dive into flipping houses and rehabbing to rent. I have done a decent amount of research in regards to house flipping. I am currently looking for a mentor in the metro area of Minnesota to show me all the in's and out's of house flipping/ rehab renting. If you or anyone you know might be interested in showing a youngster with a entrepreneurial mindset how to do this I would greatly appreciate it.
