Inspections/Insurance For First Time Buyer!

Hi Everyone!

As I'm getting closer to buying my first investment property I'm looking for recommendations on where to find a knowledgeable home inspector who has ample experience that I can connect with. Does anyone have recommendations in the Columbus, OH area or a good place to start looking for someone?

In the theme of recommendations I'm also looking for landlords insurance and umbrella insurance and what type of coverage is worth it and necessary. This is not an area I'm looking to "cut costs" in but more so want to ensure I'm proactively covered while also being cost effective. Would love to hear thoughts on this.

Thank you in advance for the help!
