BRRRR I need help!! PLEASE!!
Hello!! I am a Realtor in Grand Rapids and looking to start my REI journey. I have about 60k in capital and would love to see what kind of advice you all have. I am having trouble finding good deals in GR and the Lansing market, so that's my first ask is, where is everyone finding off-market deals? Also, what are the best loan programs to try and leverage the bank for my first Investment? I appreciate any and all advice. I work real estate as a part-time job. My full-time position at my w2 job is at a turn services company called Premiere Property Services where we offer all contractor work under one roof. Paint, Drywall, Flooring, Turn Repair, construction resurfacing, and power washing. I make over 80k salary here with an added sales commission structure on top of my salary.
