New Investor Looking to Wholesale Vacant Land

Hello Everyone
I am new investor in the Tampa, Florida area and I am looking to start wholesaling vacant land.  Can anyone point in the right direction to the correct contracts I should use for my state?  Any help is greatly appreciated.
