Recently licensed and looking for guidance

Hello, I'm a current student at Texas A&M University, and I successfully obtained my Realtor license earlier this week. I'm in search of guidance regarding my next steps. I'm particularly interested in hearing from anyone in my area who can recommend a reputable real estate broker. Additionally, I'd like to understand the process of getting sponsored by a broker. Any comments or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to contact me.
