Investing in Little Rock from afar?

Though I currently live in Maine, I went to college in central Arkansas and often head back 1-2x a year to visit friends. I have noticed that the Argenta District of North Little Rock (and LR in general) seems to be on the upswing. I'm curious to know if anyone has experience investing in the area? Are North Little Rock properties and and Little Rock properties cash flowing well? How about in Conway? Are there other investors with experience investing in the greater Little Rock area from afar? Thanks for any insights and advice!

Hi @Katie Casper and @Ali Nichols I have been active in single family investments in Central Ark (Pulaski, Saline Faulkner and Lonoke Counties) for the past five years and experienced steady growth and cash flow in the market. Please let me know if you have any other specific questions.
