Best way to connect with someone on this platform?

I was wondering what is the best way to connect with an experience vacant land flipper on this platform to add value first in exchange for learning from them?

Thank you for your comment. I will take a look at Hormozi's comments.I agree, it has been difficult. But the way I look at it, so is real estate. The difficulty of solving problems and finding solutions, proving value is in my opinion no different that the experiences of putting a deal together. Thanks again,Eric

Hey Bob,

Thank you for commenting on my post. I wasn’t sure if I posted what I could bring to the table would be marked as soliciting services or add any value to the community, so I refrained from putting that in my post.

I can proudly say that I called enough land flippers on the phone and offered them my time and cold calling skills in exchange for mentorship.

My epiphany from this serendipitous opportunity and the action I took isn’t any different from calling / soliciting/ texting (all forms of communicating) sellers and buyers. It is absolutely a numbers game. You eventually find someone who will say yes to your offer.

Yes, I acknowledge the word, “difficult”.

Today marks day 15 of my 30 day self-created challenge. If I were to categorize the manifestation of this serendipitous event, I really don’t think it was difficult at all. I simply used the laws of energy, created experience each day, and utilized creativity and faith.

Hey JT,

I wanted to give you an update. I received an email yesterday from a land flipper I spoke to on the phone from his Land Watch sold listing.

Initially he said he didn’t have the time. In his email, after giving it some more thought, he has an opportunity for me to help him in his business in exchange for helping me in my learning curve and is also allowing my access to his paid land flipping course.

There is nothing impossible with God.

Finding an experienced Land Flipper for unpaid 1 on 1 on mentorship is likely going to be difficult. There are lots of options out there if you want to pick up a course or some 1 on 1 coaching but that kind of direct support often comes with a decent price tag.If you haven't already seen Hormozi's comments on mentorship I would definitely recommend giving it a listenAlternatively, you could dive into some of the free Land Flipping communities (if you haven't already) to connect with others in the same phase of your journey.
