Throwing in the towel...!

hello, I dove into real estate like many folks in the pandemic. I was very excited to get my feet wet and attempt to create a strategy for financial freedom. Unfortunately after a year of trying to complete a rehab from out of state im throwing in the towel. I have a SFH in NORTH COUNTY of ST. LOUIS i no longer want to complete. Even though it is about 80% finished I no longer have the patience to deal with shady contractors and small errors. Can any one assist in helping me unload this property with hopes of at least getting my hard money loan paid off. Im open to any suggestions. I would appreciate in contacts from investors in the ST. LOUIS area. Thanks a million.
