Hi there BP Community!

I've been following BP for a few years now - reading through forums, books, and listening to endless podcasts.

Now I'm a new father and at the point in life where I'd like to get more active in my market with the goal of acquiring small multifamily (2-4 unit) properties. I have some experience managing rentals/landlording, with 2 single family rentals of my own as well as my fiancé's duplex in which we currently live on one side and rent the other.

Just wanted to put myself out there and hopefully make some connections. Also, would love to hear of any recent successes people are having both in the CT markets and beyond.

Thanks!
Nick
