Hi all! I have recently moved to the Boston area and looking forward to my first project here. I am interested in Quincy, Braintree, Milton, and Higham. I've just bought an SFR in North Quincy and looking forward to rehabbing it. I would be happy to connect to investors in the area, It looks like people invest more at North and I didn't find someone in my area. I haven't seen any meetups here. It would be great to get advice about the area from more experienced folks.

It seems there are a few hospitals near Quincy North, there is a hotel and residential construction. So I suppose there is some demand and the place could be good for MTR. Does anyone do MTR in this area and can share advice?

@Justin Hammerle thank you for your response. Quincy/Braintree area looks good to me but I was suspicious that there are no people who invest there. Thank you for your confirmation.
