Transitional Housing for Ex Offenders

Jerica Buchanan
Posted

Hello,

I am an aspiring Real Estate Investor in Grand Rapids, MI that wants to help individuals coming out of prison transition back into society. My goal is to start a transitional home for ex-offenders but I have no idea how to get the ball rolling. I’ve been Googling and YouTubing but haven’t come across anything in depth enough to be helpful. Does anyone have experience in this arena of investing  with tips on how to get started?

Thanks.
