First Mailers- driving for dollars

Hey! My husband and I are new to BiggerPockets. Our goal is to buy a rental property in our neighborhood. This is a draft of our mailer. Please share any pointers/suggestions. Also, what are some thoughts on officially mailing vs dropping letters in homeowners' mailboxes?

Dear Homeowner,

We fell in love with this neighborhood a few years ago and luckily found a home for ourselves in the valley in 2020. We are a young family with a strong desire to get into real estate to help set up a financial future for us and our 2-year-old daughter. Just like our dream to live here, we are now dreaming to buy an investment property in the neighborhood. We wanted to reach out to see if you would be interested in selling your property in the near future.
