Hey! My husband and I are new to BiggerPockets. Our goal is to buy a rental property in our neighborhood. This is a draft of our mailer. Please share any pointers/suggestions. Also, what are some thoughts on officially mailing vs dropping letters in homeowners' mailboxes?

We fell in love with this neighborhood a few years ago and luckily found a home for ourselves in the valley in 2020. We are a young family with a strong desire to get into real estate to help set up a financial future for us and our 2-year-old daughter.
