Looking for Mentor/Connections

Hi everyone, my name is Corey Guedry. I am looking to expand my real estate network and possibly establish a relationship with mentor.

A little bit about me, I am originally from Baton Rouge, LA but have lived in Dallas for the past 2 years. I have one rental property in BR that's doing pretty well, but I'm looking to grow my portfolio. I have been focusing on House-hack/BRRRR opportunities in Dallas as well as BRRRR opportunities in BR.

I am interested in talking with anyone that is willing. I have been reading as many forums and listening to as many podcasts as I can, but would really benefit from having someone I can bounce ideas off of or that can provide guidance/suggestions.
