Length at job?

Posted

I’m making two years at my job in July but my 2021 w2 is about a half year, my 2022 w2 is the full year and obviously 2023 would be half done. How would they look at it? The past 2 years? so only 2021 and 2022?and if so that would mean might as well wait for the 2023 w2 to finish. Or they’ll do the half of 21 with the half of 23 and add it with the full 22’s w2 to make it the two years ? (There is a gap in 21, before starting this job; that’s why it’s only half a year).

Hope this makes sense and thank you in advance!

Most conventional lenders don't care as much about your time at a W2 as they do your time in a specific industry. I'd sit down with a couple local lenders and ask them those questions.
