Whats the best way to get started in residential construction?
Goal: to build houses ourselves.
My husband and I want to one day build houses ourselves and teach others how to build houses for themselves. I am a licensed agent but don’t want the traditional realtor path.
But what is the best way to enter the construction industry, still make money to provide while learning towards the goal ^ in mind
