Calculating CapEx in Long-Term Rentals
Hi All,
Just getting started with real estate (haven't even made the first investment,) and I'm trying to find out what the best way to calculate CapEx will be on properties? Thanks for all the advice everybody!

Create a list of items and it’s expected life expectancy remaining - then add todays cost plus an inflation rate over time.
