Finding Rockstar Real Estate Agents

Hello Bigger Pockets! Live overseas and shall be transitioning in the very near future to Kitsap County, Washington. Our intent is to purchase a property with the ability to house hack. Objective one, find a rockstar real estate agent. My uneducated process in the past has been to read real estate agent bios and pick the top five I would like to interview. Then picking the one real estate agent we believe to be the best. How may I improve upon finding a real estate agent though?

Current thought is to… 1. Create a “Real Estate Criteria” letter outlining cash on-hand, contingencies, requirements (ex: house hacking), preferences and more. Example letters would be welcomed and appreciated. 2. Utilize Bigger Pockets Agent Finder to find rockstar Real Estate Agents who best fit our needs. Email top agents request to interview with attach Real Estate Criteria letter. 3. Interview and select rockstar Real Estate Agent.
