Book keeping questions

Hey everyone! I wanted to know what platforms y'all were using to keep your books when it comes to real estate investing. I know Quickbooks is famous but I also came across something called reihub that that is geared to real estate investors. If y'all have any other options please let me know what you have used. Thank you! :)
