Is there a way to buy an investment property as a homemaker?

Hello,

I have been listening to your podcast passively as my husband listens. He has his first investment property and plans on buying a few more this year.

I was wondering how I could get into investing myself. I have been a homemaker ever since we got married 6 years ago. He's the one who provides income. Is this possible for me? I also want to add I dont want to get in my husbands way, I'd like to do this as independent from him and his buisness goals as possible.

Thank you in advance for any advice.
