Hello all, I am going after off-market properties currently. Have yet to get to a "yes", what are your ways to getting to a seller to get motivation. I have been calling, texting at times and have sent mail. May go door knocking next week.. what else would you recommend I do or try to get more traction.Thank you in advance!

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink.

If they aren't interested in selling, you are unlikely to change their mind. Move on.
