Investing in Warsaw Poland 🇵🇱

I have a few apartments in Georgia but currently I am in Poland and wondering really what the potential is! I see that Warsaw is growing rapidly, people are optimistic and the economy is quite strong! I think the potential is great within the next 5 years! 

Has anyone here invested in Poland? I would love to connect! 

I have capital ready to deploy after finding the right deals and connections!

I have recently moved to Warsaw and gradually starting to shop around with brokers and the community. Warsaw is indeed dynamic now, but there are some critical differences (vs the US) with regard to property types, financing terms, etc.

Me too! I just got the news that with my situation, I will be able to take a 30 year loan after showing income for only 3 months! 10% down! This is absolutely NUTZ!! I llove this so much! 

Just need to find the right opportunities now!
