Free Work Offer

Hello, my name is Luke Okane and I am a 17 year old high school student in Schaumburg . My goal is to obtain 20 doors by the age of 25 so I was wondering if there is anybody who is willing to let me work for the for free. I am eager to learn the game of real estate, all aspects from loan officer to property managers to investors. I want to submerge myself deeply into it at a young age so any type of work, internship, anything at all really would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Go to NETWORK at the top of your screen and you can search for other investors and investment groups in your area. You can also check meetup.com or search facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area.

I think you should narrow down your focus to one specific career/skillset within real estate if you want the best results. Start applying for jobs, apply for mentorships/masterminds, or just do your own self education (much cheaper). Go to networking events to connect with local investors and see if anyone is in need of an assistant. The truth is "working for free" for an investor will require time & energy for them to teach you so "working for free" will actually make you overpriced to many people, meaning you may want to pay someone for the amount of education/coaching you're looking for.

No one is looking for free work, we are looking for people who can add value to the team. Bring something to the table and tell us why your experience will benefit our business.

 Is there any recommendations for me in terms of things I can provide?

@Luke Okane

Learn a skill - whether that's finding deals, learning a trade/sweat equity, finding/raising capital and then people will want your services.
