Searching for quality turn key operators

My wife and I currently travel for work as health professionals.  We typically move locations every 3-6 months and don't typically know where our next assignment will be until only a few weeks out from its start date.  That being said, we have been looking to get into real estate investing for a while and have been deciding on what makes the most sense to us in our current situation.  We are very excited about finally moving forward with long distance properties!  Chattanooga is an area that we are quite interested in.  Any advice or insight to the area or long distance property investing is much appreciated.  Specifically looking for any referrals or resources for turn key operators in the Chattanooga area.  Thank you!
