I was curious about what it takes to be a property manager?

I want to try to start a small property manager business for short term rentals.  I live in a tourist heavy area, and I know a few cleaners and repair people but I don't know how to get started and how I should go about getting into this business?

@Brayden Carter If you haven't worked as a property manager before, take other STR property managers out for coffee and pick their brains regarding the same. Picking their brains should involve asking about operations, tech, sales/marketing, and general business advice
