Real Estate Excel Sheet

Hello I'm new to real estate investing and I'm putting together a excel sheet to analyze properties. I'd like to know if there's anything changed or should take away/add to it. 

I also understand I could use the calculator on BP but I'd like to do this so I understand the calculations of return.
